First: Wash in hot water (35 degrees celcius minimum)
Second: Rinse in clean water (ambient temperature)
Third: Sinitize, or in hot water(77 degrees celcius minimum) or in cold water with 50 p.p.m. chlorine
keep the dishes immersed in water for at least 30 seconds
