International Maritime law and Internal Costa Law

The International Maritime Law is called MARPOL and it says that a ship can trow the organic garbage such as rest of food away in the ocean 12 miles away of the sea shore

The Internal Costa law says that they can only trow this garbage 24 miles away of the sea shore
